At Project Community Capital®, we recognize the invaluable contributions of the individual: their knowledge, network, and time. We are asking for volunteers to dedicate their time to championing economic empowerment and social equity for individuals in underserved communities.
Through our employment placement initiatives, we strive to dismantle systemic barriers that hinder Black Americans from accessing equal opportunities in the workforce. As a volunteer, you will work to connect candidates with meaningful employment, fostering inclusive workplaces where diversity thrives.
We understand the importance of career pathway development in building long-term economic stability. By providing mentorship, training, and resources, our volunteers will empower individuals to pursue their career aspirations and achieve their fullest potential.
PCC is proud to leverage our high-value social network to uplift and amplify the voices of overlooked, talented Black individuals in the communities we serve. Together, we are committed to creating a future where every individual can thrive professionally and contribute to the collective prosperity of society.
